The PHIL-ASIA Basketball Federation (PABF), Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit national organization dedicated to developing, promoting, and elevating the sport of basketball across all regions of the Philippines. Established with a vision of unity, discipline, and excellence, the Federation serves as a governing body that leads and supports basketball programs from grassroots training to competitive regional and national leagues.

Our Identity
The official seal of the PABF features a basketball at its center, representing our commitment to the sport and our mission to enrich the culture of basketball nationwide. Encircling the emblem is the Federation’s name—symbolizing unity, camaraderie, and collaboration among players, coaches, officials, and communities throughout Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Room 205, 2nd Floor, H.S. Beron Tri-Center Building, National Highway, Barangay Tagapo, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.

To lead the growth of basketball in the Philippines through standardized training, organized competitions, professional development, and strong partnerships with schools, communities, and sports institutions—both local and international.

To become the country’s most unified and progressive basketball body, producing well-trained athletes, skilled coaches, certified game officials, and vibrant local and regional communities that uphold the values of sportsmanship, discipline, and excellence.
